To avoid overloading of our mail servers and spreading of spam and viruses and, in other words, to let everybody enjoy high-quality email services, we have set the following email traffic limits:

Sending

• Maximum size of an outgoing or an incoming email, including attachments: 20 MByte.
• Maximum number of addresses per outgoing email: 50 addresses.
• Maximum number of outgoing emails per hour:
  • Customers with a dynamic IP address: 1000.
  • Customers with a static IP address: 1000.
• Antispam and antivirus filters are activated by default.

Receiving

• Maximum size of each mailbox (including all messages and attachments): 2,5 GByte.
• Antispam and antivirus filters are activated by default.
