Fair Use Policy

Fair Use Policy (FUP) is a term often used in context with "unlimited usage." Because unlimited usage can easily be abused, with negative implications to the other edpnet users, all unlimited offers are, and will be, subjected to a Fair Use Policy. This prescribes that all usage is considered "Fair" as long as none of the other customers experience problems due to the Heavy usage of one customer. Edpnet reserves the right to take action against any extreme usage.

Heavy (or extreme) usage can thus be defined as usage that is substantially higher than that of the average edpnet customer.

Edpnet may however decrease the speed of the connection causing excessive bandwith usage, with immediate effect and without any prior notification, in order to maintain the network stable and enjoyable for everyone. Edpnet is also allowed to block your connection temporarily if there is no change in usage after several notifications.
