Activating voicemail
Call forwarding to voicemail is active at edpnet Mobile by default.
In case your voicemail has been deactivated earlier, you can re-activate it taking the following steps:
1. Decide in which situation your calls should be forwarded to voicemail.
2. Send the corresponding code1:
| If no answer | (*)*61*+32475151516# |
| If no network / mobile phone off | (*)*62*+32475151516# |
| If busy / in conversation | (*)*67*+32475151516# |
| Forward all calls | (*)*21*+32475151516# |
Deactivating voicemail
1. Decide in which situation your calls shouldn’t be forwarded to voicemail.
2. Send the corresponding code1:
| If no answer | (*)*61*+3226690495# |
| If no network / mobile phone off | (*)*62*+3226690495# |
| If busy / in conversation | (*)*67*+3226690495# |
| No forwarding | (*)*21*+3226690495# |
My calls are being forwarded to another number, but I want to forward them to voicemail again
1. Decide in which situation your calls should be forwarded to voicemail.
2. Send the corresponding code1:
| If no answer | (#)#61# |
| If no network / mobile phone off | (#)#62# |
| If busy / in conversation | (#)#67# |
| No forwarding | (#)#21# |
1The usage of these codes is only an option in Belgium and on foreign networks supporting these codes. Depending on your phone you need to use one or two * / # at the start of the code.
