If you chose to get a new phone number
First, place the newly received SIM card in your mobile phone.
Start up the phone (we recommend to change the pin-code as soon as possible).
If you use the phone to place a call, your call will automatically be connected to our Customer Service Center.
Tell us your new phone number, and request an activation.
Normally, you will receive an SMS that your SIM card was activated within a few hours.
If you are keeping your old number
If you currently have a pre-paid subscription, keep in mind that any amount left on the card, will be lost after the number transferring is completed.
After you have received your new SIM card, first contact our Customer Service and request your SIM card activation with transfer of number. Do not install the new SIM card yet. After a few hours, you should receive a text message on your previous SIM card that the new SIM card has been activated.
It will now be possible to swap the old SIM card for the new one, and you can start using EDPnet Mobile.
Please do not forget to change your pin-code.
