• You have a USB Modem: edpnet Telephony is not compatible with USB modems. We advise you to order a VoIP-compatible modem with edpnet via Online Shop.

• You have a modem without VoIP functionality: If your modem does not have a telephony port, you do not necessarily have to buy a new modem. You may buy an IP phone and connect it to the LAN port of your current modem. 

  Note! In this case you are fully responsible for VoIP-configuration of your IP Phone. Our Helpdesk will provide you only with your telephony credentials (telephone number, password, server address, port).  To get full support, please, order a VoIP-compatible modem via Online Shop.

• You have a modem with VoIP functionality: If your modem has one (or more) telephony ports, you are ready for edpnet Telephony.

  Note! In case you are using your own VoIP-modem, you are fully responsible for VoIP-configuration of your device.
