Voicemail activation

To activate the voicemail, call one of the following numbers and follow the instructions:

• Call 1234 for Dutch
• Call 1235 for French
• Call 1236 for English

Once the voicemail is activated, you can listen to messages by calling the corresponding number.

Voicemail to Email option

You can also set the voicemail to email via My edpnet > My Configuration > My Telephony. An audio file is sent to the email address which you have specified.

Click on the "edit" icon

Activate voicemail to e-mail:

• Change the voicemail icon from  to  by clicking on it
• Fill in the email address on which you want to receive the voice mail files

Deactivate voicemail to e-mail:

• Change the voicemail icon from  to  by clicking on it
