How can I forward incoming calls to another phone number

It is possible to forward your incoming calls to your mobile or another device. For that you can use special codes.

You can even choose when exactly the incoming calls should be forwarded: when you're on the phone, if you don't pick up within 20 seconds, or simply forward all incoming calls.

Below you will find the necessary instructions to activate/deactivate the forwarding function. Forwarding is applicable to the number you are calling with (please, fill in the telephone number which your incoming calls should be forwarded to instead of 'Forwarding number' mentioned below).

Forward when you are on the phone
•    Activate: fill in *67*Forwarding number#.
•    Deactivate: fill in #67#.
•    Reactivate forwarding for the last number that was used: fill in *67#.

Forward if you don't pick up within 20 seconds
•    Activate: fill in *61*Forwarding number#.
•    Deactivate: fill in #61#.
•    Reactivate forwarding for the last number that was used: fill in *61#.

Forward without having your phone ring
•    Activate: fill in *21*Forwarding number#.
•    Deactivate: fill in #21#.
•    Reactivate forwarding for the last number that was used: fill in *21#.

NOTE! If your telephony works via Fritz!Box, you should also add *# before every command mentioned above (e.g., *#*67*Forwarding number# of *##21#, etc.).
