Our terms of delivery are:

• a DSL subscription with a dynamic IP address should be activated within twenty (20) working days, with reservation of provisional complications (e.g. wrongful data provided by the customer such as wrong telephone number or address)
• a DSL subscription with a fixed IP address and RAW COPPER orders should be activated within twenty (20) working days, with reservation of provisional complications (e.g. wrongful data provided by the customer such as wrong telephone number or address)
