I have ordered an DSL subscription, what will happen next
Once you've ordered a DSL subscription: online, by fax or by mail, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your order and some extra useful information. Therefore don't forget to mention your active e-mail address on your order.
In case you have ordered a DSL subscription, edpnet will inform you as soon as a planned activation date is known. All related log in data and guidelines will be sent by mail together with your first invoice.
If you ordered hardware, then edpnet will send your package with Taxipost (please make sure that someone is present during office hours at the hardware delivery address. Taxipost will leave a note of their visit when nobody is present and they will deliver your package at the nearest post office. You can pick up the package in the next 15 working days). Or our technician will bring the hardware with him, if you have also ordered an installation from us.
You will be informed if a nice technicien needs to perform an intervention at your location.
